Serious issues

The system was working fine until a payment was processed in Woo commerce via Paypal and then we had complaints that there were no time slots available.
When looking into the setting page, all time slots and setting were gone.
We lost hours of work and £100’s . Worse, we have lost faith in this plugin.
Sadly, after contacting the developers, we are expected to pay for support but we feel a failure like this should be address as a matter of urgency due to the serous nature of the failure.
