Serious problem after update

Hi there,

So you can’t access the dashboard anymore right? In that case, you’ll need to access the server via FTP and:

1. navigate to wp-content/
2. rename the “plugins” folder to “plugins_”
3 create a new empty folder called “plugins”
4. from there, the site and the dashboard should be accessible again
5. then move your plugins from “plugins_” to “plugins” ONE BY ONE starting by WooCommerce and test in the meantime if that still works until it breaks
6. When it will break it means that you find the culprit, you can this plugin back to “plugins_” and let us know what extension is causing the issue or contact the author directly

still you think i should do this steps?

For testing, tlhe end goal is basically to have on your install only:
– the theme enabled
– WooCommerce enabled

If even that way you still get the error, then it’s most likely that there’s a conflict between WooCommerce and Your Theme, then I’d suggest using either another theme or contact the theme author.
