    Hey!

At first I want to express my gratitude for your plugin, very high quality and thoughtfully made.

    Now about the problem.
The functioning of your plugin is impossible if the rule of the required fields filling will not be ignored in the case when they are hidden. And your plugin copes with this. However, it turned out that this does not apply to the acceptance field: the form cannot be sent if the acceptance field is not marked, even if it is hidden using the conditions of your plugin.

I note that the forms can be very complex and, depending on the user selection, different of acceptance fields may be displayed. Naturally, the user’s consent should be obtained only on those of which are displayed. Unfortunately, at the moment your plugin is not able to perform the declared principles of its work regarding the acceptance field.

I hope you fix this problem.

    Sincerely,
    Farid Taziev.

The acceptance field should never be used in a conditional group. The author of CF7 created the acceptance field for the sole purpose of accepting terms that have to be checked no matter what, before the form can be submitted. CF7 is enforcing this checkbox with extra javascript that disables the submit button. Therefore, this field cannot be left unchecked.

    Use a required checkbox instead.

Thanks for such a quick answer.

OK, it turns out my claims were unfounded ))

Thank you and good luck in the development of the plugin!
