Seriously broken after update

I have rolled it back to 1.3.88 but still all sorts of issues. 2nd button to login on register page is broken, member directory returns 404 when a users profile is clicked, no UM role assigned. This update has been a disaster. Needs to be fixed asap to restore your rep.

Also, as the admin user, I am now unable to logout and login. The dashboard is permanently visible. Something is broken with login/logout redirects and conflict with wp login/logout.
You really need to fix this.
