Sermon Images Not Showing with Shortcode

Maybe I’m missing something, but I see images on the page you posted above.

Are you on the Sermons page? This is what I’m getting >> (Click for Screenshot)

It is now. It was showing your home page when I clicked on your sermon link.

What shortcode are you using?

[sermons per_page=”10″ image_size=”medium_large”]

I have already setup a custom image size. But even without using the custom image size, nothing shows up.

I would switch your theme to one of the standard themes, like ‘TwentyNineteen’ and see if that fixes it. If it does, it’s a theme issue. If it still doesn’t work, you have a settings issue.

In my case (our church), I use a featured image on each sermon. That’s how we show sermon images.

To add, it may not be a theme issue. You have to have an image to start with. Either a Feature Image on a sermon, A Series image, a Topic imgage etc.

Thinking out loud, I’m not 100% sure the image_size=”medium_large” works when you use the [sermons per_page=”10″ image_size=”medium_large”] shortcode. I think that is theme-dependent.

Thanks. Yeah. It’s all set up properly. I have a custom image resized to create that size and have updated the code in a child theme and all that. It’s running great on my site. I’m trying to help someone else on their site.
