• Hi,

I recently added the Ultimate Member plugin to my build and after setting up settings I get a “Sorry, that didn’t work. Please try again or come back later. 500 Error. Internal Server Error.” message when I try to edit any Elementor page. Making a new page doesn’t work either. Tried methods I saw on here and Google including:
    Delete cache
    Different browser
    Upgrade WP cache to 256
Uncheck “Allow Gutenburg” box in settings for UM

    My settings are on Chrome:
    WP version 5.1
    Elementor Pro Version 2.4.5
    Ultimate Member Version 2.0.39

I can deactivate UM and work on pages as normal but once I activate it, I get the error.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!

So far, was able to get it running again by rolling back Elementor Pro to 2.3.1 and Elementor 2.3.8

    Hi @fpbcadmin,

Can you please check the error.log file of your server and see what errors do you have there. If you are not sure where to find the error.log file, I suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

    Regards.
