Server Configuration Error

    Getting the following error message today but I just bought the PRO version yesterday and I’ve come nowhere near close to being over my limit.

    Server configuration error

    Your limit for the number of converted images in the current billing period has been exceeded. You can wait until the end of the billing period. Then your limit will be renewed. Another solution is to cancel the current subscription and buy a new one with a new limit.

    I deactivated the license and the server error goes away but adding the license key back gives me the server error. There is no way we went over our limit for images. Can this be looked into?
