Server Down- Need Database Files

I am using vr.org to host my site. I have run out of funds to keep the server up and running, but I have a contact that will host my site for free. Is there a way to access my database files without actually accessing my wp.admin site? I haven’t backed up the database in a while because I have auto backup. Please let me know, thank you!
