server error 200 when scanning site

Hello, i have installed duplicator and did an initial backup of my page without problem 2 days ago.

I tried today to create another package and i got the following error:

can someone help me what is going on? I didn’t change anything from server side or config, just installed a few plugins (w3 total cache, async and translatepress)
