Yellow I have a VPS with godaddy. Godaddy didn;t want to check or give volumes as is VPS server and they don’t access VPS. I have Woocemrce in clean installation and a regular plugin to post news. If I enable the plugin of Woocoemrce I have the error: “Server Error 403 Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document”. This when I try to explore any article. If I disable the woocomerce plugin all works perfect. Then I went to the PLESK of the VPS to the web application firewall and I disabled it. I found that it works disabling teh web application firewall. I don’t want to disable the the Web application firewall. How can I make or introduce in the firewall to be able to make work the woocoemrce plugin?

Note: I saw the Web Application firewall has this:

    OWASP (free)

OWASP ModSecurity Core Rule Set is very restrictive and might block some functions (for example, file sharing, webmail) and some features of web applications (for example, WordPress plugins).

Is the only thing I can see. Also it has Atomic Standard but apparently is paid. With OWASP is ok but how can I skip triggers me this error 403 in the page?

Hi there @coerrace – thank you for reaching out about this!

Note: I saw the Web Application firewall has this: OWASP (free)?

This sounds related with how things are set up on the WAF level, therefore, it falls outside our?support policy, I’m afraid.

Feel free to reach out to your host’s support channels – after a web search, I found them here.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello Alex E.,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

As anastas10s suggested, this issue is related to your server configuration, specifically WAF settings.
Therefore, it would be best to contact your host and fix the WAF settings.

You may also check this link from Plesk support and try the solution.

    Have a great day!
