    Hi guys. I just bought the Full plan today but got many Server Errors 500 from YOUR Server the whole day. Any idea if there’s a problem at the moment? I dind’t change anything here at my site nor install any new Plug-ins. I just bought the unlimited plan this morning … which is useless, because actually i can’t use your Plug-in at the moment ??

    My Theme: The 7
    WP Memory Limit: 256 MB
    PHP Time Limit: unlimited

    I’ve been having the same problem, all day.
    Support has not replied to my emails at all.
    Maybe they are busy fixing some big problem to their servers?

    @wp_media … after some hours of working fine it’s the same Error now almost for every (!) photo i want to convert! And that’s really frustrating. Please fix it!

    We have definitely fixed the issue so can you try again, please?

    Just in case it does not work, can you try to uninstall Imagify, hard refresh page and clear cache? Then re-install and reactivate, and it should be working fine.
