Server Error 500 after updating

    I updated the free plugin to the latest version – next thing I saw was the Server Error 500 Problem with no way back or forth – I deleted the entire plugin folder and got my WP working again. What happened!?!?

    If it’s permissible to share access to your site with us, could you please open a ticket so that we can carry out the update for you and solve any resulting issues.

    If that’s not convenient, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG, perform the update, refresh the error page and then send us your debug log so that we can advise on a fix?
