Server Error (5xx) from Google Search Console

Several days ago I received an email from Google Seach Console that there was an AMP issue detected on my site. It stated that it was affecting one page and that it was a “server error (5xx)”. When I click on the AMP version URL link that they provide me with for the page that is affected (above), it shows me a screen with the following info:

I honestly have no idea what any of this means and I am just trying to figure out how to resolve this AMP issue. I contacted Flothemes (they installed my theme for me and set up my site on WordPress) to ask them about the issue, but since you are still able to visit the actual webpage they said that the issue seems to only be AMP related and that I should try to contact the plugin developers to resolve the issue.
