Server Error

    I’m getting a 500 server error when I try go to Approve New Users > Approved Users

    PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/wp-includes/class-wp-object-cache.php on line 198

    Hi @dickraney,

    Please share the number of users on your site and the hosting resources (i.e your server’s memory, processing power, etc) you are using so we can test at our end.

    You can also try deleting the transient ‘new_user_approve_user_statuses’ and check if the issue persists.
