Server Error When Minify is Enabled

Hi there,
I’ve read and seen many videos about your plugin. It’s really amazing! BUT, every time I turn on Minify in the General Settings, my site goes offline and I get a server error message.
I’ve spend a week now (in total) trying to make this work, but actually, the site start having problems with the sliders, loading and other logs. an example: The sliders in the front page at https://www.ivybrasil.com were ok when I started this morning, but after I’ve done again the whole configuration from scratch, the sliders are not transitioning smoothly anymore, the progression bar breaks and pauses during the process.
Is there anything you can help with?
