Server firewall assistance required

Hi,
We have installed 3.4.2 on a Plesk server with NamesCo and the admin system is running very slowly.
It seems like a firewall issue and knowing how restrictive the NamesCo standard setup is only reinforces this idea.
Can anyone point me in the direction of the required settings to create a firewall rule on the Plesk box please?
I already have a set of stock IP addresses, etc. from NamesCo but as yet the problem hasn’t been solved by them:
Allow outgoing to 66.135.58.0/24, 72.233.2.58, 72.233.56.0/24, 72.233.69.0/24, 74.200.243.251, 74.200.244.59, 74.200.247.0/24, 76.74.254.0/24, 76.74.255.0/24, 72.233.56.138, 72.233.56.139 on ports 80/tcp, 443/tcpThanks in advance for any assistance available.
