Server gone away

  • can someone please help, when i try to get on my wordpres, it says ” server gone away”
    what does this mean? how can i fix the problem

  • Usually it means the server is no longer available for some reason. Can you give us a link yo your site?

    Shane is it my hosting provider who has to do with this, i always thought it was the guy who looked after my website, who by the way has moved away thank you for your help

    I changed my password so no one could get on to my admin page, do you think that is the problem

    A link to your site? //www.yoursite.com The address to your web site.

    So we can see the same thing you see, and maybe view the server response if it is alive.
