No there isn’t. I guess I can add it but then it makes it harder for me to support as people wont be able to give me the information I need.

OK. For me it’s a showstopper as I have open registration so anyone can sign up for a free site. There’s no way I’m going to allow all that information, including active plugins, to show to the world. And besides, there’s no reason for site admins to have access to it – the superadmin installs and maintains plugins.

If the support section was not integrated in the options page I could find away to restrict it. It would be great to have a simple option in the network admin.

I could put in a check and if the blog id is >1 and you’re in mutli-user maode then it doesn’t show it but shows a message telling you to talk to a super admin. And if if the site is 1 and its multisite then it checks to see what permissions you have.

That would be awesome. Problem solved.

Looking forward to testing it. Thanks!

OK it checks for multi-site and if you’re not a super admin it just displays a message telling you to speak to a super admin.

Are you on 2.1.x or beta testing 2.2?

    2.1.34.
Is the message translatable? That would be an easy way to customize it (users will need some handholding here).

Yes it will be – I’ll need to create a new pot file for the release.

I’ll do that and zip it all up so you can test it and let me know how it looks. I checked it on my multi-site test site and it seemed to be OK…

Great. I will test it as soon as I can, just about to go on vacation.
