Server IP being Blacklisted

  • Hi,

    I have a site that is running the WooCommerce Subscription Plugin. This plugin runs a WPCron which should automatically bill a customer when their subscription comes up for renewal. We have run into an issue where it appears that WooFraud does not like these transactions and it results in the server’s IP as well as the customer’s name, address an phone all being blacklisted and all subscriptions start to fail.Is it possible to whitelist an IP address?

    But doesn’t this plugin only supposed to blacklist failed attempts?

    But yes a whitelist is needed, we use an autoship plugin too and want to use this plugin but now i am cautious.
