Server load and scheduled posts?

Given the somewhat fiddly nature of setting up links, this is a very handy plugin.

However:

1. It seemed to make the site crawl (admin side) – nothing else changed, just slowed appreciably after activating and using.

2. It appears unable to detect posts which are scheduled for future publication. (?)

3. No way to sort posts as in normal post admin screen. You have to laboriously click on 1 2 3 4 5 >>

Anyone had issues with these?
