    Hello Team,

I’m generally pleased with this fantastic plugin and the support has been excellent. Although I might not be the most tech-savvy person, your team has always been helpful. However, I still have some questions.

We run a WooCommerce store where products are frequently updated, making our site very dynamic. Consequently, to view the most recent changes, we need to clear our cache regularly. The major issue arises when clearing the cache results in a loss of all site optimizations, leading to poor page speed scores and significant server load. How can we ensure that our website pages remain optimized at all times while still allowing us to see our latest updates without any issues?

Additionally, every time I clear the cache, we encounter 502 and 504 errors on SiteGround. SiteGround suggests that it’s an issue with the Accelerator, even though we upgraded to $140/month for hosting a small WooCommerce store with low traffic based on “Accelerator” support advice. It means it was not issue from Siteground and we wish to reduce the server cost as it is costing us a lot. How can we reduce the server load and avoid these errors?

Thank you for addressing these concerns.

    Hi.

All products should be updated automatically. But optimization requires time: https://www.s-sols.com/docs/wordpress/accelerator/getting-started-accel#optimization-requires-time

502 means that server is overloaded. It is needed to upgrade server plan due to we have set up all to minimum. Today we faced with situation that Accelerator optimized about 10 of pages that took about 5 minutes of CPU and hosting went down. It is not acceptable for 150$ per month.

Hello! As you can see it was not the server issue but misconfiguration of “Accelerator” plugin with our site and server.

I still think I may need your help but am afraid now to ask you as it’s been long and you might be frustrated from me now and i found you are not willing to help me:(

What was missconfiguration? Last time it didnt work after 30 minutes of work. It couldnt be the reason of non fragmented JS assets.
