Server Migration Lost Email Followers

    Hey all,
    Recently we migrated to a cloud hosted server and after reconnecting jetpack the email followers for the site are gone.

    I am not 100% confident that the login we used to reconnect was the same account used to connect jetpack on the original site (that was 10 years ago). Is there any way to check what needs to be done to restore followers or reconnected the correct account?
