    Hi guys,
our WP is not sending anymore emails. Contact form doesn’t send emails. If I log in from terminal and I send from terminal an email this email works but If I send it to our main domain address it doesn’t.

We have the same cloned website on a test. environment into a VPS. And we have no issues there.

the only plugin we don’t have in the TEST. is Wordfence.

There’s a chance that somehow WF stopped our main email account?

    thanks

  • I wouldn’t think so. Does the test email function work on your wordfence options page?

    Hi Tim,
    thanks for your answer.

The test email works if I send it to any address but the one on our actual domain.
That’s why I thought somehow WF stopped our domain.

Also I don’t see any blocked ip’s on my list but If I check database I see a lot of those.

That’s not us then. It sounds like the mail server is flagging it as spam. If you want to test, install the free plugin on your test environment, export the settings from the production server, and import them to the test server. Then try again.

Hi Tim sorry problem solved was an update from PLESK that somehow was activated by default. Mail was going into the server but we use MX from our provider.

    thanks for your help

Glad it is sorted out now.
