Server problem

  • Hello,

    i have big problem, I have bought WordPress theme , and used it about 4-5 months. My server administrator lied to me and he disappeared, I have my adminstator panel password and everything to prove that I have bought it. In my app version of WordPress , I can see my website , media and pages , but I cannot log in (server is not working). Please help me with this. What to do?

    This article lists several completely different ways to reset your password. Any one of them will work and do the job. Find the one that’s right for you and use that: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    If you have access to your hosting control panel, use the phpmyadmin method to reset your password (and your now-gone admin’s, too). If you need help with that, your host is fornex.com.

    Why it is not working, as I know WordPress has own server?
    I need FTP. I don’t have password from Fornex.
