Server requirements

We are currently averaging about 20,000-40,000 page views per day with 100 concurrent users and our site is going very slow. We are using Ultimate Member for user management and wpdiscuz for the commenting system. Right now our server has an 8 core processor and 32gb of RAM which costs us roughly $225/mo and we’re also using CloudFlare pro which I believe is $40/mo. Do you currently have any posted recommendations for server specs based on user activity? We’re about to upgrade to a better server but I’m hoping for some guidance on server management as we continue to scale up.
