    Hi,
    my customer’s site has problems with the facebook pixel.
    In Event Manager diagnostics have two problems:

    1. Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewCategory Event
    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address parameters value for your ViewCategory event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

    2. erver Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewContent Event
    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

    in fact the event match quality is scarce.

    Hey there,

    We have seen some merchants run into this problem. Many of them have been able to get some resolution by trying these suggestions:

    1. Check your pixel is connected
    2. It’s likely related to browser extensions blocking user agent and IP address. 3. Try making the connection from a private browser window and see if that helps.
    enable debug logging and see if you are getting any obvious errors.

    There is also an open issue about this on GitHub. I’d suggest following along with it to see when there are developments on this topic.
