Here is an article you can read to learn more about troubleshooting Pixel issues:

    https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/support/pixel-helper

I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message,

I have install the pixel helper in chrome but strangly it doesn’t show any error on any page or event of my website.

So how come I get this error message in my facebook ? The correspondance quality is super low, like 0,9 to 3,5 % for add to cart, viewcontent, viewcategory

    Thank you,

    Hi @pagilblaja

Thanks for writing in with your question! We’ve had a few merchants mention this so far and had raised a support request with the Facebook team that is still ongoing.

Through all the tests and logs that we looked into for these other merchants, we always saw that the ip address and user agent parameters were sent. So we don’t yet know why this message is appearing. The initial response from the Facebook team has been that this should not occur that often, and that they think it could be related to customers using ad-blockers. They advise to clear the issue by clicking the Resolve button in events manager and see if it continues to appear going forward.

We’ve asked the team if we could see some logging from their side to try and match that with our plugin logs. Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns, it’s not possible for Facebook to share that with us.

In which case, if you’d like to raise this further, I would recommend raising a query with them directly at: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/552096935652452
Please make sure to include your Pixel ID, a screenshot of the error, and mention that the WooCommerce plugin uses the Server to Server API for recording these events.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Hello,

I have a problem with my pixel too.

The problem is for the event AddToCart. I have a message to tell me that I have the same event ID for different instance of it.

Do you know what can I do please?

    Hi @jokki

This is likely because the you may have had another Facebook plugin that installed the pixel on your site in the past, or you manually installed the pixel in the header code of your site. In that is the case, please remove any other plugin that integrates with Facebook and/or remove the code from header of your site.

    Hi @melindahelt

    Thank you for your answer.

To be honest I don’t know what can I do because I don’t have any other plugin and I never added it in the header.

Do you have any idea to help me in my “investigation”?
