Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

    Hi, from my Business Manager I see the error “Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event”.

    I already asked for FB support but they answered it is an issue of Woocommerce.
    Can you please help me?

    I need to start with advertising campaigns and I can’t do it since the event doesn’t work.

    Given that the issue is specific to Facebook for WooCommerce, next time please post at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/

    We’ve recently reached out to Facebook directly to try to get some clarity regarding the “Invalid Match Key” warning.

    Facebook has assured us that they’re looking into providing more information for this error in a future release, such as showing the affected URL and the parameter and what is wrong with it. They did also mention, however, that even with some additional details, it would not likely be able to be resolved by the plugin, as it can be at the platform level.

    They weren’t able to pass along an expected date for release. So it seems that at this moment, we’ll need to wait for this release before looking at the Invalid Match Key parameter further.
