    Hi,
    when I check pixel activity I got this issue:
    ACTIVE ISSUES (1)
    Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event
    Last detected: 9. Sep 2020 09:00
    2 instances
    ISSUE
    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.
    SOLUTION
    Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.

    I took a quick glance at the page you’ve shared in this thread using Facebook Pixel Helper and I didn’t notice any apparent issues when triggering the AddToCart event. However, in order to take a closer look, would it be possible to generate and send me your site’s system report? You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Status > System Status and then click on the “Get System Report” button.

    To ensure that your information will remain protected, I’d recommend using a service like QuickForget which will generate a link that you can use securely. QuickForget also allows you to set a timer for how long this information will be available – I recommend setting it to 48 hours to ensure we’ll be able get back to you before they get deleted.

    Would you please share your site’s system report with me when you have a chance to go through the steps above?
