server settings

  • I get error which I record it on this two video Video 1 video 2
    and I contact with my hosting Bluehost support and he tell me this “Each hosting company will be having their own server settings and some additional settings require from hosting end to work with some certain plugin . Contact form 7 is a third party plugin so we don’t have their server settings details

    Please contact plugin vendor and report this error to them, So that they will let you know what server settings you need to update from our end”
    please help me with this error

  • The link you provided is to your WP Admin – you should rather provide a link to your Contact Form 7 form on your website frontend.

    I opened error log file and noticed this
    [28-Dec-2018 19:46:20 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/mohclini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/visual-form-builder/public/class-form-display.php on line 241

    I tested your form & it sent OK. I’m not clear what error you are concerned with from your videos. Can you please clarify – link to screenshot showing error should be suitable.

    the error is not in sending or receve the email , the error as seen in videos is all tabs view on one page and I can not add new tag . and when try send form without fill the field I get two massage of required fill the field and the page refreshed without ajax and same thing when send form I get two success massage “Thank you , your massage have sent “

    It sounds like the hosting agent has little or no experience with CF7. I’m almost certain that the advice from the hosting agent is not relevant your case. NOTE: I tested your form & it sent OK.

    Unfortunately I still can’t understand the English the rest of your response, so I still have no idea what error you are concerned with.
