server shuts off at 5 load

Hi, I was attempting to update approx. 800 products with the aliexpress for woocommerce plugin and chrome. I’m running 7.4 php.

The ali people told me to run no more that 500 products because woocommerce puts a heavy load on the server (which is new to me). I’ve been using woo for years and never came across this problem.

Once my server gets to 5 load, it shuts off all the sites. If I logout and close chrome, all my sites come back on.

I wonder if its something in the woocommerce updates or something I need to turn on/off in woo? If there is something need to add to the server or take away, my server people will do it happily.

I am also setting up a pets supply store using my favourite woocommerce and the aliexpress for woocommerce plugin with 1,300 products (yourpetsupply.store) and electro themeforest theme.

Anybody have a solution out there?
