Server side not woring

  • Hello,
    i tried to configure server side api conversion following your guide. I try test_event_code as you suggest but pixel only fire browser event not server one.
    Can you help me why?

    The most common issues we saw are:

    1. Some JS error related to admin-ajax – Check your browser’s console for errors.

    2. Hosting limiting external calls – contact your hosting support and ask them if this is the case.

    3. Sometime there is a mismatch with the rights of the account owning the pixel and the one generating the server side token.

    4. Something completely different I don’t know about. Contact us on our website, so we can take a closer look.

    I have notice in your video tutorial that if i have not an app configured when i generate token should ask to create on. Facebook not ask me to create an app? It is necessary? Could be the problem?

    No, Facebook simplified that part a lot since the video was made. The token is generated with a simple click now.
