    Hi,

    I am getting error on hockhuatonic.com.sg:

    Service customization: SERVER_ERROR NO: 51 MSG: User token not found

    Please help.

    Hello @fhcweb.

    Please go to your CleanTalk dashboard, copy the Access Key next to the site name, paste it in the plugin settings (General Settings tab), click “Save changes”, wait for the page to reload..

    Hi,

    It’s now activated, thank you! The issue now is, it’s getting timeout when performing quarantine. How to fix this?

    Could you clarify what you mean by timeout? How many seconds does it last? Does the file end up in quarantine?

    It timeout every 10 seconds. The file goes to quarantine.

    Another issue for youjin.com.sg:

    2023-12-02 10:33:38: Access key validating: Access key is empty.

    Please check.
