    Hello @brianm0,

    Please press the “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings here:
    ? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → Synchronize with Cloud

    Don’t forget to refresh your website cache if you use any.

    Thanks. I kept trying Synchronize with Cloud but I didn’t think to clear the cache afterwards. I’ve cleared the cache before and it didn’t help but doing it afterward did. Thanks!

    There was an error in the plugin database entries.

    The issue was solved by reinstalling the plugin with the Complete deactivation option.
