serverpress use

Hi! I am developing a WP localhost site in Mac. ServerPress created original site plus two more copies. I am working and making progress in one of the copies. The other two sites are not being updated automatically. Would my copy site be affected if I remove (using the desktopserver) the main site? They are both the same name, but different DB and the name of the copy includes “-copy”. Technically they are two different sites. I also would like to change the name to the site I am working on and back it up in a directory of my Mac. How can I use the Desktopserver to do this? Thanks a lot for your help.
