Serverside ID3 editor

  • Does anyone know of a plugin that will edit the ID3 tags of files (specifically mp3 files) while the the files are on the server.

    Reason is, I don’t live in the States, I live in New Zealand and the internet is never faster than DSL so adjusting the ID3 tags in all my mp3 files for some reason becomes very very difficult if I need to download them, change the tags, then upload them all again.

    I see that there is script from sourceforge called getid3() but I am not sure how I would go about implementing it into the wordpress setting.

    Any thoughts or ideas?
