service and client background disappear on ipad

I mentioned that the service and client section background disappears on ipad. I fugured out it has something todo with the “fixed’ attribute.

For a workaround I have removed the background for media screen (max-device width: 1024 px) but it is not a real solution.

Any ideas about this?
