Service and product horrible – NOT BUY waste time and money

    I strongly advise you not to buy a theme or plugin “Ignitiondeck” of this company. The support and service are of very poor quality. Ignitiondeck malfunctioning, it is horrible visually and is not responsive. You will definitely find a better solution much cheaper elsewhere. DO NOT BUY. Waste time and money.

  • This buyer had submitted a Paypal dispute within 3 business days of purchasing the product, immediately dismissing the efforts of the support team who were trying to help him complete the setup process he had rushed through.

    The product he is reviewing is not the free version of IgnitionDeck, but IgnitionDeck Enterprise, which is our most complex product. It is very powerful, but requires patience to read through the documentation and complete the setup process, which is where things went wrong in this case.

    The IgnitionDeck plugins and themes are responsive. IgnitionDeck Enterprise works very well with themes other than our own.

    NOPE. I agree with maxi! Ignitiondeck needs to fix itself.

    Kind of hard to do, when your documentation is outdated or just skips very important pieces of setup. Fix your documentation!
