service blok custom images

I am having trouble with custom images in the service bloks on the front page using the Hathor theme.

If I choose style2, the images do not show up, just blank places where the icons would be. If I choose style1, the boxes with heading and/or text do not show up, only the pictures and a blank area (with no border) where the box would be.

Editing this for a client and am hoping for a quick response.
