Suddenly uploading images to my sliders was not working.

After deactiving, removing and re-installing the plugin. It still did not work.

I submitted a ticket and within minutes got a response, on a Saturday!

I was mailed another verdsion, which did not solve my problem.

In a teamviewer session, Ashraf, the guy helping me discovered that a Chrome extension was causing the problem and solved my problem.

I have rarely met this kind of service. Generally, when similar problems arise, plug in vendors, suffice with the observation that the problems are not related to their product and wish you good luck, in getting it solved.
