Service point not added

When I try to check de checkbox the possibility to deliver in shop (in Sendcloud interface) it does not work.
In the logs of sendcloud my website replies :
“{“errors”:[{“code”:”woocommerce_api_no_route”,”message”:”Aucun itin\u00e9raire n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 correspondant \u00e0 l\u2019URL et \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de requ\u00eate”}]}”
Seems that the last version of the plug-in is not working correcly. I’ll try to do a rollbacK

Previous ticket we opened has just been closed without fixing the issue so I did not know which was the best option to raise a bug.
So, I just opened a ticket with the status as you requested me. ??I hope it will be fixed this morning as this bug has already been raised by chat and by phone yesterday morning and after a call yesterday evening with one of your collegues we had really the feeling that no one was looking into it. Except this person but unfortunatly he is not technical…
Really hope you can help. I count on you…
