Service report plugin for WordPress?

Hello, i want to ask if there is a plugin to allow customers to view a service report. For example, a mechanic can register to the website and insert data.

Clients will search their car by id and see the report.

E.g. Oil Changed, wires changed, Car ready,etc.

Is there anything i can use to create this project? Thanks!
