I do not have access to the admin page, how to solve this problem?

If you have access to your web servers file system via FTP or whatever filemanagement tools your host has provided you with then try navigating to your wp-content directory and rename the plugins to plugins-old.

Just rename, don’t delete, that one plugins directory and nothing else. Once that’s done see if you can get into your site via the WordPress dashboard.

I hope that is not necessary delete all ??
