Service Unavailable 503 error when importing 300+ users

    hi,

    i’m getting 503 error service unavailable when i try to import 300+ users to my online store. the plugin manage to import around 7 users before getting this error. any solutions?

    This is a problem of how the import is designed. It is done all at once and many servers cut off the process due to excess weight.

    When we have some time we will implement the import by steps, as we do in the export, to avoid this problem but in the meantime you only have two solutions: 1) split the file in smaller pieces, 2) increase your server limits (execution time, memory, resources, etc).
