    Hi

When i try to install my duplicated installation on another domain (developing site), i can make it extra all the files, but when it gets to installation of the database it gives me this message “Service Unavailable”.
I can manually install the sql in mysql, but that doesnt change the domainname, which i need to have replaced in the sql.

When i open the installer-log.txt, then i get this message:

WARNING: The database script is ‘255.25MB’ in size. The PHP memory allocation is set
at ‘5000M’. There is a high possibility that the installer script will fail with
a memory allocation error when trying to load the database.sql file. It is
recommended to increase the ‘memory_limit’ setting in the php.ini config file.
    see: https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech#faq-trouble-056-q

    In there i see this:

After the database has been installed go to step 1 of the installer and choose ‘Manual SQL Execution’ from the Action drop-down.

But i dont see “Manual SQL Execution” anywhere? both tryed looking in the “full installation” and the “sql database only” installation.

    Any thoughts?

    Hey @woober,

That option is only available in the Pro version, unfortunately. Unless your host allows for a longer timeout setting you may have issues with a database that large.

    Hope that helps~

    Hi @corylamleorg

    Thanks for the quick reply.
I have bought the pro version. Im probably not looking the correct way – can you explain further what i need to do, to fix this? i cant find “Manual SQL Execution”

Also, what should i look for/ask them for, if i need the “timeout setting”, when we talk about sql? must have a technical name ??
