My ups plugin is sending the services but woocomm is only showing one. What would cause this issue? I have tried playing with the css to see if they were hidden but aren’t.

Plugins don’t seem to be hiding the others

    Hi @tylerfisher!

Can you tell us which UPS plugin you are using? It might be that you are only returning the cheapest rate instead of all available services.

    Cheers!

I think its from the woocommerce paid plugin

No, I checked out that option with the cheapest rate

    Hey @tylerfisher,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

If you are using our UPS Shipping Method plugin (which would say it was developed by WooCommerce and is currently on version 3.2.27), you can enable “Debug” in the UPS plugin settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS) and that will show the API requests and responses on the Cart/Checkout pages- which might provide more insight.

If you have an active subscription for our UPS plugin and are still experiencing issues, you can create a ticket and we’d be happy to help you out.

Since we haven’t heard back in a while, I’m going to go ahead and close out this thread, but if you still have any questions, don’t hesitate to create a new post (and reference this one). Thanks!
