Services cookies not being listed

    I have a problem with the plugin. It detects all the cookies including third party cookies such as Instagram, Facebook etc. however they’re not listed with the render cookies shortcode. (See the link for the cookie policy)

    Also please find below the list of cookies detected. The API is enabled and I did try clearing and rescanning for cookies. I’ve also tried disabling the caching plugin (litespeed) but it’s still not working. The funny thing is it has been working fine until yesterday and I didn’t change anything in the website.

    Hi @marpessa1,

    I see you’re using the shortcode inside a custom page. Could it be you unsynched the generated cookie policy, before trashing it?

    I think the fastest way is to create the document again in the wizard, under documents. And see if this updates the shortcode as well.

    Actually I haven’t created any legal documents, I selected “I have my own pages” in the first place. I re-run the wizard and created a policy page but the problem persists.

    The cookies are detected in the scan but not listed in the shortcode.

    Hello @marpessa1,

    Please verify that the Service has been selected (Wizard > Integration > “Select the types of third-party services you use on your site.”), then go to the Next page and click the “Sync” button under “Connect with CookieDatabase”.

    Click Next Page again, and verify that your Service has been listed on this page (Service Descriptions). Click Finish and finally click the button “Finish and check cookie banner settings”.

    This should make the Service and its related Cookies show up in the Cookie list. Let me know if that works for you.

    Yes. I did all those 5 times. They are selected and I synced with the cookie database 5 times. Nothing happens.
