Services Page Links don’t work

I link to the services page on my menu, but when you go there, the Learn More buttons don’t work.

If you click into the learn more buttons from the theme’s homepage, they work fine.

How can I adjust the settings so that when you navigate to Services from the main menu, the page that comes up will have buttons that work?
