Session (admin) expired ?

    Are you using Quick Cache Pro with Logged-In User Caching enabled? If not, then Quick Cache isn’t touching the logged in sessions at all, so I don’t see how it could be affecting your session login time.

    Have you tried disabling all other plugins on your site to rule out a possible plugin conflict?

    I’m using the free lite version.

    Maybe it is a plugin thing, it is really hard to tell easily. I will research this a bit more and update here.
