• I’m testing this plugin so I can buy it
    but I have some issues in the test app
    when I’m ordering something by woocommerce in the last step (entering name, phone etc.) suddenly it says “session expired” and I have to start from the beginning,
    also my cart has some problems, it was ok before but now it doesn’t update and I can’t remove or add items (actually I can add or remove but when I reload it shows no difference)
    I really need an app like this but not sure are these issues gonna be fixed or not

    Login is managed by WordPress the same way on the app and the website.

    Check if the settings to “disable all cache” is on in the wpmobile plugin > options > Cache.

    If you can share the website url, I’ll check ; )

    Disable all cache was on I turned it off Still no changes
    I think it was working well yesterday but today has these problems, don’t know why
    My website works fine > damavandsupermarket.com
    It’s been 3 hours the cart in the app isn’t working properly , also checkout page has been loading from some hours ago

    Let the option to disable all cache ON for an ecommerce app.

    If it was working fine before, check the change you’ve made on the interval.
    No new plugin? No change on the configuration of something?

    Will it make any difference if I remove the website from Wpmobile.app application and add it again?

    I reinstalled, it is fixed now thanks,
    another tiny issue, when I add to cart and press view cart it shows cart is empty and I must go back to shop then press cart then the item is there, is it fixable? again I think it was ok before but now it’s like this

    To fix this, enable the option to “disable all cache” in the wpmobile plugin > options > cache

    another question, what is the best option for cache and speed? (now it’s “just for offline”)

    the best option for an ecommerce website is to disable the cache.

    thanks , but the need for refreshing app to see selected items in the cart isn’t fixed yet, any advice?

    You have to reinstall the be sure the cache is deleted because you have activated the cache during your tests.

    Wit the real app, if you never enable the cache, no need to reinstall ??
